VOLUNTEER TO PROVIDE EXIT GUIDE SERVICES FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO END THEIR LIVES [TERMINALLY ILL, ETC.]
  • "In 1988, the [Unitarian Universal Assn.] UUA adopted a resolution favoring aid in dying for the terminally ill.

Final Exit Network supports the right of any mentally competent adult to end their suffering if facing an intolerable quality of life due to intractable physical illness or pain.

Unlike medical aid in dying, you do not need a prescription, attending physician, or medical prognosis of less than six months to live, and our services are legally available in all 50 states and Washington D.C.

We provide publicly available information with free professional guidance to help you explore your options and ensure end-of-life freedom." (UUA General Assembly 2021 event item email)

  • NOTE: "Exit Guides never provide the means, and never provide active physical "assistance" in the "suicide" (a word the law applies to any form of self-hastening of death, no matter how rational or justified it is)....As Exit Guides only teach, comfort and counsel, their role in their clients' self-deliverance can't be a crime."
